On March 30, 2023, the construction company UPROS concluded a contract for the construction of a terraced residential building at Pūces Street 14, Riga.

As part of the project, a modern multi-storey building was built, which complements the residential environment of the Purvciems neighborhood. The new building serves as a modern solution in the rapidly developing district, contributing to the improvement of its infrastructure and quality of life.
