On April 15, 2025, the construction company UPROS concluded a contract for the construction of the foundations of a residential building at Toma Street 16, Priekuļi.

As part of the project, the foundations of a residential building were constructed, which provide a stable and safe foundation for further construction. This stage is an important step towards the creation of a functional and sustainable residential building.
